Tony Kornheiser said Irving should be a golfer or tennis player, but not an athlete in a team sport. One thing to keep in mind about football players is that because 99% of them don't have guaranteed contracts they're the most expendable of all the athletes in pro team sports. I'll bet the vaccination rates in college football and basketball are even higher than in the NFL because college coaches are more powerful and autocratic than NFL coaches. Can you imagine a player telling Nick Saban that he's not going to get vaccinated?
