    More than $10 million (£7.9 million/€8.84 million) is unaccounted for, 40 doping positives have been covered up, and vote-buying was rampant at the past two electoral congresses of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF).

                They are not in the same league; there are probably 50 times as many high-level athletes in T&F.

                  Quite possibly but the comparison above referred to failed tests at the Olympics where I would think there are something like 5 or 6 times as many T&F athletes as weightlifters.
