  • Who:s Your Favourite Villain? Why?

Could be people like The Joker, The Riddler, or even Darth Vader. Who has been your favourite villain, and why? Could be that you just couldn:t wait to see his/her butt get kicked at the end of the show/film.

Simon Bar Sinister in Underdog cartoons. Such a doofus, he always failed at his attempted misdeeds.

      hmmm - toughie.

      Snidley Whiplash?
      Boris Badunov?
      Crabby Appleton?
      Ebenezer Scrooge?
      Bluto?
      Perhaps Jason or Freddie!

I'll have to go with Sinestro! (very esoteric allusion, betraying my depraved comic-book-besotten youth)

I always liked Mr. Mxyztplk, but I must say that these days, when I see that name (which admittedly is not very often), I want to pronounce it Multiplex.

Dr. Doom, Red Skull and Killer Kowalski (Yukon Eric lost part of his ear to him, ya know) make my list but Overcat was especially villainous. The alien Overcat tried to steal earth's cattle because his planet's milk wells had run dry...but Underdog stopped him! :P

                    Cartoons: Boris Badenov
Movies: Jules and Vincent from Pulp Fiction (although they were not really villainous, just bad guys)
Real Life: Richard Nixon (killed the draft just before I was coming through)

"No, Mr. Bond, I expect you to die!"

Think of the entertainment we'd have missed if someone had just shot him....

Dr. Claw from "Inspector Gadget (Did I spell that wrong?)" because you never knew what he looked like and his phrase, "I'll get you next time Gadget! Next time!"

You took my first choice. For the exact reason, the name says it all.

Second is Darth Vader, becasue he can choke soembody by telepathy. Something that would be quite useful at times.

                              Dennis Hopper deserves (dis)honourable mentions.

"Blue Velvet" was a peak, but he was nasty in "Red Rock West" - a damn fine film.
