Dr. Doom, Red Skull and Killer Kowalski (Yukon Eric lost part of his ear to him, ya know) make my list but Overcat was especially villainous. The alien Overcat tried to steal earth's cattle because his planet's milk wells had run dry...but Underdog stopped him! :P

You took my first choice. For the exact reason, the name says it all.

Second is Darth Vader, becasue he can choke soembody by telepathy. Something that would be quite useful at times.

"Blue Velvet" was a peak, but he was nasty in "Red Rock West" - a damn fine film.
