There's no practice squad until the season begins. Rosters at this time of year are 90 strong and which Allen is part of. OTAs are not mandatory and the Eagles are the only team which does not hold a mandatory minicamp. He also likely has team approval to compete in T&F at this point in time. Allen is likely free until at least reporting date for Training Camp which is in late July. What he does if he makes the Budapest team is unknown as the 110m hurdles are scheduled for right around the time the Eagles would be playing a preseason game which would be pretty valuable for Allen in terms of making the roster or even the practice squad.
