Things are underway. My Heels have a new coach, Hubert Davis, UNC alum, keeping it in the family:

We are cautiously optimistic about the season. I think we may be ranked a bit lower than we will be in a couple of months, at 18th. Games against #6 Purdue, #4 Michigan, and #2 UCLA over the next four weeks.

I am excited to see the season back again. Would have preferred a better result of the Duke/UK game, but I was surprised to see both teams in this type of form so early. And looking forward to seeing how the new leadership at UNC goes.

UCLA and Gonzaga face off tonight in a rematch of their 2020 Final Four classic.

Based upon how they each handled their opponents last night, it looks like Gonzaga will not be threatened. But one never knows.
