Dangerous things, horses. Everyone I know who's been on one a bit has been thrown and broke bones. Good for lookin' at and bettin' on.

Quite obviously, the way they have been playing lately, Duke will win the entire tournament with ease. Hard to understand why they are even playing it rather than just giving the Blue Devils the trophy now.

They also were not held concurrently back in the 1940s and 1950s and teams could play in both. CCNY (now CUNY) famously won both titles - I think it was 1951. (I wasn't born yet!)

CCNY is part of CUNY but, like other entities of CUNY, has their own sports teams.

I was thinking 1940s when Oklahoma A&M, with Bob Kurland, was a national power

Duke's women's team has 11 transfer players, including six graduate students. I have nothing against transfers in general, and I understand many players left the program when they changed the head coach. But this still looks excessive to me.

I believe Kansas States men's team has 12. Most were a significant upgrade in talent. Nevermind it's actually 12 new team members. Nine transfers and three Freshman.
