In reading the newspaper on the flight to Beijing I came across a Q&A with a noted sommelier, Debbie Zacharias. Here was one sequence:

Your not at your wits end, your right about da spuds. Now, brown gravy or turkey gravy...umm...well im gonna be dead in hours, ill have both with lots of salt and pepper. I dont think i should worry about high blood pressure.

Best answer at dinner last night was some obscure wine which I forget, and when I asked why, the guy, said "It won't be ready for at least another 10 years."
