Why does GH need to do all the work?

I think that the helpers here should step up and recognize that GH needs a break once in awhile. He can not be expected to fill all of the gaps here by himself. The helpers should begin working together on a common basis and start with a meaningful topic. I recommend the following: If you could change anything about the sport before 2008, what would that be and how would that be implemented?
