My first reaction to the picture was the same as Barry Kritzler's. Looks like the Mediterranean. But the site is apparently based in Portugal, and so gm's guess seems better. However, I've never been to Porto, and I've no idea whether the picture is from there or some other waterfront in Portugal. I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't Porto at all.
