I am not a great fan of Wikipedia. It is a quick and simple way to proceed, but I have spotted numerous errors. I am old fashioned, and prefer looking it up in a book/magazine. Besides, what other use can the stuff be put to, having been painstakingly collected since 1960, and transported, literally, all around the world?

Much of my stuff has travelled through three continents, always at my expense, since none of my many job changes included travel/relocation expenses. In the process, much has been lost/misplaced, making what remains that much more precious. One I particularly regret is an issue of World Sports from 1967-1969. A series of shots showing Lusis throwing the javelin. The incredible way in which the action of the arm was delayed was a revelation to a person who never did try the event. My PR would probably have been about fifty feet.
