I think the biggest thing holding this idea back is going to be sports...maybe not in NH but definitely in places like TX where HS's top priority is sports. It'd throw HS and the NCAA into a fit. Do 17 & 18 year olds who've moved on to community college get to continue athletics for their HS or for the JUCO? Do you then get 4 years of eligibility at a university after that (bachelor's degree & master's over 4 years)?
