Thursday is the start of leftover turkey sandwich November

I really like the sound of some of the food you lot eat @ Thanksgiving. I'm the 'experimental' cook in our family and I've been asked to try and make sweet potato pie to go with our turkey-centred Xmas dinner this year.

Carcass made it to friday. Mixture of light and dark meat with some stuffing on sourdough with Miraclewhip and lettuce. Cranberry sauce did not survive to Friday.

White bread, dark meat, and your favorite kind of mustard. (white meat is fine too)

No need to complicate a really quick snack/meal with getting vegetables out of the crisper.

Haven't hosted for a while so not too many leftovers for me lately.

What is you favorite turkey sandwich recipe?

Mine is: Thin sliced breast on sourdough bread with miracle whip, smidgen of cranberry sauce and crisp lettuce. Another: Thin sliced breast on whole wheat with Best mayo, salt and pepper and crisp lettuce.

Also: What are ther chances of the carcass lasting til December?
