  • Nice Parents!!

Named their kid the thread-killing Adolph Hitler, while another one has the middle names Aryan Nation. Parents claim to wonder what any fuss is about.

Well, in this thread Squackee said countries which put limits on what you can name your kids were fascist. Time to reconsider?

This is interesting. Nazi's have a right to peacefully exist but do they have the right to name their kid Hitler? Is this child abuse? Damn, i dont know! :?

Legally they can do whatever they want in naming kids, but to name your kid Adolph Hitler is a not-so-subtle form of child abuse. Might as well name him Smelly Pile of Dog Shit Campbell - the kid would probably take less crap about it.

Well, in some countries legally they couldn't. My question is: in light of this example, is absolute freedom in matter of naming really desirable?

Campbell. Wasn't he a shot putter of some repute at the high school level several years back? Yeah, I remember now, Arnold Campbell from Louisianna. A serious stud-level putter if memory serves. So, he's related to Hitler?

Actually, I'm thinkin' the kid more closely resembles Charlie Chaplin ...

These folks should move from PA to Idaho. Lots of groups up there will love them.

They don't live in PA. They're across the river in New Jersey horse country.
