      That reminds me of an old lawyer joke:

      New Jersey has more toxic waste dumps per capita than any other state in the country, and New York has more lawyers per capita than any other state. Why is that so?

      Answer - New Jersey got first choice.

          Interestingly enough, all three of those are mentioned here:

          36. You were going to say New Jersey, weren't you? Actually, it's California, with 781 - 170 more than the Garden State. North Dakota is fewest, with 19. Incidentally, the District of Columbia, which measures only 69 square miles, has 25 Superfund sites.
