    39. Austria, although there's some doubt about this. The tune was originally written for a freemason's lodge that both Mozart and his fellow composer, Johann Holzer, belonged to. Either man could have written it.

    I dunno. If it's Austria, and the last 11 are as easy as Lake Michigan and Austria, this will just become a time game--the correct answer will be posted by whoever happens to be on the Board at the right time.
