Don't look for an '09 version; as of 1/1 he was no longer w/ the paper (no reason given but they've been shedding bylined columnists like dandruff the last couple of years).

I missed that announcement. That's a shame - he's a good travel writer. And yes, the writers are dropping like flies over there . . .
