Yes, boys and boys, my copy of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue came today. And a vile and disgusting thing it is. I will now have to stay up half the night documenting every filthy image in it, so I can send my letter of protest to the publisher. I am deeply disturbed . . .

In fact I did take notice of the tornadoes. Three major storms blew through Oklahoma late this afternoon..
The first passed about five miles north of me through mostly rural country.
I did not even get any rain.

I watched the second pass about two miles north of my house. It hit the office park where my daughter works. Blew out some windows in the seven story, mostly glass building in which she works. Fortunately, she was enroute home from business meeting in Tulsa, missed the excitement.
The second just missed her house in Edmond, doing severe damage to houses nearby. Even Mother Nature seems to have it in for the wealthy. It seemed to almost selectively vent its fury on Oak Tree, a gated, golf course community of mega mansions.. ripped a swath 200 meters wide across the golf course, uprooting and snapping mature trees off at ground level.
The third was 100 miles south near Ardmore. There were at least three fatalities and tore up an oil field at Lone Grove were I have an interest in several oil wells. We were drilling one and working one over. The pumping units are probably relatively unaffected but I am most concerned about possible damage to tank batteries which could cause an environmental nightmare. I guess I will get the good news on that tomorrow. Probably while I am in dentist's office.
