I know we've done this before with Thorpe et al, but I'd put Bo Jackson and Deion Sanders with anyone else in history.
Michael Timpson (Patriots) made the pages of T&FN in the 200/110's/long jump. Mel Renfro (Cowboys) was a 13.7/25-10/9.6 guy. Darrel Green (Redskins) made the T&FN lists in the 100/200/400. When it comes to speed, quickness, agility and leaping ability, it would be hard to beat NFL skilled position players. I have no doubts they win a track meet.
And the NFL players almost never get busted for roids or any other PEDS even with the strict NFL drug testing policy. Really an amazing bunch!

      Timpson's best event was the 400H (50.54).

I was thinking it was the 200m since he holds the Penn State school record at 20.23.

He also had these marks while there....

        10.47
        13.80
        47.06
        24-9
        and that...50.54.

        Impressive!

I was on an African Safari and saw Randy Johnson hunting Gazelles armed with only a bagfull of baseballs.
