A quick scan of the scores reveals these upsets:

WV over #2 Pitt, Baylor over #11 KU, Ga Tech over #17 Clemson, and OK St over #6 Oklahoma.

Any one of about a dozen teams could win it all this year. My Heels have been a bit spotty. If they put it all together, they're hard to beat. Trivia: when they suit up against Virginia Tech tomorrow, it will be the first time ever that two ACC Players of the Year (Lawson and Hansbrough) will be on the floor together for the same team.

Hey doc, your Heels are very good, that's for sure. My Blue Devils tried hard against you twice, but there's no doubt, this year you have more horses than we do. See you in the ACC finals, I hope... but we'll have to get by Wake to get there.

Add Connecticut/Syracuse Big East quarterfinal to the list.

      98-98, 12:37AM EDT, heading to quadruple-overtime.....

      104-104, 12:49, let's make it 5 OT's....

      110-110, 1:04AM, what the hell, let's do 6.......

Syracuse finally pulls the upset, 127-117 in 6 OTs. Amazing considering the Orange were basically playing 4 on 5 since they had to play a walk-on the last overtime and a half.

West Virginia has to be smiling....

Truly has been madness. I'm exhausted by all the great games and this is just the prelude.

Congrats, Steve. Maybe we'll meet again in a couple of weeks.
