Firefox - T&FN Message Boards Question

On this and a few other message boards I visit, if I read a post and/or reply to a post, when I go back to the main message board the screen is not refreshed, so there is no visual indication that I read and/or replied to a post. I have to manually refresh (F5) the page to get this visual feedback. This is an issue in Firefox only, not IE. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks . . .

Switch to IE?
