Phelps in town for prep awards show

Michael Phelps was in Chattanooga yesterday for the "Best of Preps" awards program. Jacques Smith of Ooltewah HS (Vol football signee) and hoops star Kayla Weaver of Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe HS, just over the state line in Georgia, won Scrappy Moore Awards for best male and female athlete.
