Good friend of mine has '66 GTO w/ California plates "3x2"; what a scary beast to drive; way too much power for the handling and brakes.

Growing up in Massachusetts, my best buddy had a GTO. We loved it and when I asked him what GTO stood for, he replied, "I think it means - Great Thing-O"

I don't know - the hanging fuzzy dice are a bit cliched. Nice car though. My brother had one for about five years before he moved to a place in the Santa Cruz mountains for too inaccessible for real cars. Great fun to drive in its own way.

Walking through a parking lot with a female high school hurdler one time I made a similar remark about a vehicle. She immediately shook her head and said, "No, it looks like a little boy's car!"

Oldsmobile died a few years ago and I promptly bought two classic aged models.

Not as an investment, but just 'cause I liked 'em.
