Tom Watson found the fountain of youth on day one with a 65. What usually happens to the older guys is they get tired, see it is a sport! :P

Looks like Tom is getting tired. 4 bogies today thru 6 holes.

With the wind picking up the course is playing much harder than yesterday, especially the front side. If he can stay close to the field average of 2 over on the front nine Watson should be in good shape for a recovery on the backside.

I love the cirus that is John Daly and he finshed today at even! He's lost weight and rededicated himself, plus i love hisoutrageous outfits.

Tommy is 59, big differance, and he has now bogied 5 out of the last 6 holes- that is not good.

Granted but at age 46 Jack wasn't a spring chicken people had doubts about him pulling of his historic victory.

Your right, he is the oldest guy to win a major. A 30 on the back nine at Agusta.

Is this a though sport or what? 2 of the best players Ogilvy and Poulter are a combined 27 over after 2 rounds.

And David Duval is playing like Daly, he's all over the place score wise. After 36 holes he has only 13 pars but is only 4 over.

So are you watching this live squackee? Sounds like the front nine is playing hard. Note Woods and Leonard have no bogies through six. Both could be on their way to a good round.

Julius Boros was older when he won the PGA.

As expected, Watson rallying on the back nine. Woods will need to do likewise or risk missing the cut.

                            Whoda thunk?
