                  A "expert" on the tele said as long as you are on your own property and its been established you live there you can tell the cop to take a hike,even yell at him.

                  I like this and i hope and think it should be the case. "This is my house, you are trespassing, now get the f$%%# out of here Cop. Take a hike."
