You may or may not be joking, Track Daddy, since there is no emoticon. I am not opposed to capital purnisment and a crime of this and the Madoff magnitude should be added to the list of crimes eligible for punishment by death.
My internal debate is that life imprisonment at hard labor in subsistence conditions may be worse punishment than execution for crimes of this type.
Maybe I just have a vengeful streak but these criminals should suffer more than just humiliation.

You are a wise man, lonewolf. Why? I agree with you, that's why  .

Two words for these useless crooks -- personal butlers.

Whenever someone who was wronged or ripped off by the likes of Madoff needs a nasty chore done...call on Bernie! Need a sewer cleaned, but it can only be done by hand? Call Bernie! Need a pile of stinking dog mess cleaned up? Call Bernie!

Never let them rest, never let them stop being humbled.

One thing about Madoff, he has the perfect name for what he did.....and excuse me if this isn't original but I haven't heard it elsewhere.

First I've heard of it. Good one.

I like the personal butler model too, far better than country club jails.

I have ambivalent feelings about whether to mourn for Madoff's victims or not. They thought they were getting unbelievable returns. If it is too good to be true . . .
