  • When you make a sandwich........

Assume a ham and swiss on whole wheat. You put mayo on one slice and mustard on the other. The question is, which slice gets the ham?

Hold the ham; hold the swiss; hold the whole wheat. Hold the mayo; hold the mustard. Substitute Wonder Bread for the whole wheat; substitute Skippy (Extra-Crunchy) for the rest and NOW we're talking sandwich!!!!

I would pair the ham with mustard and the swiss cheese with mayo and here's why.

Ham goes quite well with a spicy mustard. The ham offers more of a mellow taste when compared to a swiss cheese and the mustard kicks it up in the taste department. People put mustard on their Easter ham for God Sakes!

Swiss cheese can be a little strong and a nice cold dollop on mayo on its ass will tame it a bit.

Its all rather elementary. Any more food questions? I'm keen to share my unique gifts.

I agree with this almost completely, but please add strawberry jelly and mayo to the mix. Also, Wonder Bread is ok, but Pep Farm Sandwich White is even better.

No cheese on my ham and cheese, mustard both sides of bread, two slices of ham to keep tomato from soaking into bread.

Mayonnaise is a creation of the devil.
