      Yes I disagree with you.

This is not the story of a temporary lapse of judgment. This is the story of a crude, lewd, heartless self-centered drunk who didn't learn a damn thing from MJK's death.

The fact that it was an isolated incident and not part of a pattern of habitual behavior, shows that it absolutely was a temporary lapse in judgment. By definition, that's a temporary lapse in judgment. Maybe you're a teetotaler, but if not, can you honestly say that you've never driven a car after having a little too much to drink? I can't, but fortunately, on the occasions when I have, it did not lead to a tragedy like it did for Senator Kennedy. For that I am thankful, but I'm still not going to be a hypocrite about it.

Let he who is without sin throw the first stone.

Kennedy's alcoholism was not incidental. It is what defined him. In fact, drunken misdeeds is what defined the entire Kennedy clan. He never learned a damn thing from the murder of MJK.

            defined... drunken misdeeds
Recklessness (and bad luck) yes, drunkenness I don't think so. Exp: Three air deaths (and one near fatality) in two generations. Awful.

The extended family have had tragedies --some might call it a curse-- as well as some disgraceful personal conduct. Exp. of the former: Ted's three kids all have very serious illnesses (no fault of their own).

I guess malmo never learned that, but he should have.
I guess malmo has also forgotten that he's banned from posting on any Forum but the Current Events one. (gee, wonder why)
