I'm sure I'm not the first to have such an intelligent bathroom, but in my potty here in Zürich when you go in and hit the light switch, a gentle fan comes on at the same time. When you leave and hit the off switch, the exhaust goes to New Orleans Hurricane speed for the next 20 seconds or so.

It's right up there with the thermos bottle!
