Will the Tokyo vote shift to Chicago and the Madrid vote to Rio if they both get knocked out? I can see that happening....

At 11:00 A.M. E.S.T., Rio was 4/7 and Chicago 9/5, Madrid 10 and Tokyo 40. People saw Chicago slipping away as far back as 2 weeks ago, if not more.
