Have to get in some homestate plugs here, as usual. Believe it or not, Nashville has become a great "hockey town." The Music City hosts youth competitions with players from all over the nation.
And we actually have a Tennessee state high school hockey championship, called the "Predators Cup." High schools from Nashville, Knoxville and Memphis compete for the title. Unfortunately, there are no schools from Chattanooga involved, since we don't have an ice rink in town. You'd think the great Chattanooga private schools could build a rink and field a team, but not so. Ben, with all the millions Ted Turner has given to your McCallie School, you'd think they could build an ice rink.
