It's Irish Car Bomb day!

Pour half a pint of chilled Guinness into a beer mug and let it settle. Take a shot glass filled with 1/2 oz. of Irish whiskey on the bottom and 1/2 oz. of Irish cream on top. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug.

I can also contribute a pint-sized cheap cocktail. I know it as a "sailors' cocktail".

10 oz of cheap white wine
3 oz rum
3 oz rapsberry sirup

It goes down like a soft drink, but you step outside and down you go.

When I was in Ireland, I met a long lost relative who owned a pub. He said, by far, the most popular beer ordered in his establishment (and others he knew of) was... Bud Light!

In fact, I've heard more Guinness is sold in Nigeria than on the Emerald Isle.

Given that Nigeria has 35 times the population of Ireland, it doesn't come as a huge shock.
