Flavor of the week: the "public ranking" of the top collegiate football player has now devolved into which QB (or rarely a RB) on the best team—or a team that just scored a big win—did well last weekend.

The kid's only a RS frosh and has already achieved legendary status at A&M. He's definitely someone to watch, altho how he'll further develop remains to be seen.

If he can stay out of prison. He had a borderline hate crime this past summer that TAMU got rid of for him and had a felony arrest in his hometown brushed away by the local DA right before he went to college. He is extremely talented but his stupidity may get the best of him.
