    But the EIU Index you posted assigns only 20% of weight to "electoral process and pluralism" (and another 20% for "political participation"), while "civil liberties" also account for 20%. If you rearrange the order of the rankings based on each category, you will see some countries quite high on the "electoral process" category do poorly on other categories (and vice versa).

    I'm sure that's right - as pointed out, Myanmar is one example, but in general its better than 40 years ago, as with most things.

    Why purported? Except for Turkey and Venezuela going backwards, much more blue in 2016 than 1976

    Wakefern is the parent corporation of Shop Rite supermarkets which is a regional chain so strong, it has kept nation chains such as Kroger out of our area.
