Where on earth could they have gotten the idea that the meet was outdoors?
They probably figured no one would be silly enough to run indoors in the South in March!

They seriously need to patch up that shack. It's really leaky and drafty!

Every track program should be so lucky as to have a "shack" like the one at TAMU. I have worked a lot of meets in that shack and never got wet. In fact, on most of those days the meet could have been held outside...

I am anti-tats, but I do know for a fact that if I had been an Olympian (ha!), I totally would have exactly that one! I saw it a dec-er (Hardee, I think) and thought 'that's cool'!

Speaking of clueless writing, this, from a BO obit:

"Oldfield is best known for popularizing the spin technique in the discus throw."

                          • I got the tat on my 50th birthday. On my 100th birthday, if I can, I plan to walk into some tattoo parlor somewhere, and ask for a naked woman on my left shoulder. Those will be my only 2 tats - and I do mean tats in this sense.
