And tell him the next 'incident' (failure to buckle up) will result in license suspension for at least 6 months. He'll take an Uber, but it's a pain-in-the-butt to always have to call one. Or hire a driver, which is also bothersome. Can't just jump in the car and go.
The very fact that he was pedal-to-the-metal at loss of control, means he could have severely endangered others. Lucky this time. Can't be another.
