  • Anyone with any experience with TRT? Good, bad, ugly?

I'm middle-aged now, and though I don't feel bad in general I of course notice the step or two I've lost. I love to stay fit and lean and I'm curious as to how much easier this is if one makes use of TRT. I don't even really know how to begin this conversation with a doctor.

    Thoughts?

I wouldn't. It is loaded with potential downside.

I've heard lots of bad things in the side-effects. A few coaches my age tried it and quit after 6 months.

Conor Dary - great link! That alone tells a lot.

suggested bottom line: if there's no end of sites pushing something as a wonder do-all, turn around and run away as fast as you can.
